Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, beginning Sept. 13
10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Monday Pilates Strength and Slender at 10:30 a.m. ~ This is traditional Pilates with movements that flow from one to another, concentrating on breath, stretch, while utilizing the abdominal areas.

Monday Pilates Cardio Sculpt All Out Effort at 11:30 a.m. ~ This is geared toward low impact cardio added with some resistance in an interval format, added to mat Pilates.

Wednesday Pilates Core Waist Away at 10:30 a.m. ~ This is geared to abdominal core work and the emphasis is on the abdominal muscles.

Wednesday Pilates Shape and Sculpt at 11:30 a.m. ~ This is geared toward strengthening and toning of muscles with adding resistance with the use of props such as weights, bands, core ball, etc.

Friday Pilates Shape and Sculpt at 10:30 a.m. ~ This is geared toward strengthening and toning of muscles with adding resistance with the use of props such as weights, bands, core ball, etc.

Friday Pilates Stretch and Un-stress at 11:30 a.m. ~ This is geared toward flexibility and stretching and the importance of that. It also teaches the importance of proper breathing.
