Senior Strength Training with Angela
9:45-10:45 a.m.

This class is a combination of strength training and basic movements to improve balance, flexibility and overall strength. We have designed this class for those who prefer a workout without the added impact to joints.

Line Dancing with Britt
1-2 p.m.
Upper Hall West, Second Floor
Let’s cha-cha! Line dancing is for everyone! It is a great activity, and you will meet people in a fun and relaxed environment.

Tuesdays – Beginning May 17

High-Impact Interval Training with Johnny
9-10 a.m.
Aerobics Room, Second Floor
If you are ready to work up a sweat, this class is for you! This is a high-intensity interval training class that targets every muscle in your body! Come get your sweat on!

Boot Camp with Johnny
5-6 p.m.
Aerobics Room, Second Floor
Do you need an extra push? Our boot camps will keep you on your toes! We want to keep you guessing, so each class is different and will push you out of your comfort zone! We will challenge you during every class! We want you to have tons of fun – but be prepared to enjoy this high-intensity training!

Wednesdays – Beginning May 18

Get a taste of this power-paced Pilates class that will mix traditional yoga flows and stretches. Improve your strength, lengthen your muscles, realign your body and rejuvenate while releasing the stress from your day.

Throwback Thursday Aerobics with Angela

Old-school aerobics is a throwback from the Jane Fonda days incorporating cardio and toning exercises to great hits. This class is a great calorie burner and mood lifter. You will find it upbeat and enjoyable.

Mommy and Me with Angela
10-11 a.m.
Fellowship Room, First Floor
Join us for a fun mommy-and-me class that enhances socialization with mommy during the beginning of a child’s mobility! The environments created in this class facilitate sitting, rolling, crawling, creeping, climbing and walking. The social bond that develops through group interaction is a key part of child development, and allows mommy an opportunity to share ideas and new experiences with baby. For moms and babies 0-12 months old.

Weekend Kick-Off Zumba with Neus
6-7 p.m.
Aerobics Room, First Floor
It’s an easy-to-follow, high energy, calorie burning, total body dance-based workout. This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms with interval training to tone and sculpt, getting you closer to the body you have always dreamed about. Zumba is an awesome choreographed workout that feels more like a night on the town instead of a workout at the gym.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Monday Pilates Strength and Slender at 10:30 a.m. ~ This is traditional Pilates with movements that flow from one to another, concentrating on breath, stretch, while utilizing the abdominal areas.

Monday Pilates Cardio Sculpt All Out Effort at 11:30 a.m. ~ This is geared toward low impact cardio added with some resistance in an interval format, added to mat Pilates.

Wednesday Pilates Core Waist Away at 10:30 a.m. ~ This is geared to abdominal core work and the emphasis is on the abdominal muscles.

Wednesday Pilates Shape and Sculpt at 11:30 a.m. ~ This is geared toward strengthening and toning of muscles with adding resistance with the use of props such as weights, bands, core ball, etc.

Friday Pilates Shape and Sculpt at 10:30 a.m. ~ This is geared toward strengthening and toning of muscles with adding resistance with the use of props such as weights, bands, core ball, etc.

Friday Pilates Stretch and Un-stress at 11:30 a.m. ~ This is geared toward flexibility and stretching and the importance of that. It also teaches the importance of proper breathing.
