The Houston Civic Symphony is a group of highly talented musicians who gather under the direction of Dr. Brian Runnels to perform the masterworks of the symphonic repertoire. This year’s concert will feature an organ concerto by Charles Stanford; the organ soloist will be Mr. Rashaan Allwood, an Artist Diploma Candidate at Rice University.
